02 KEEP CUSTOMERSWIN-BACK
Bring back the customers who left, with a reason to return.
People leave for a reason, and reasons change. NoChurn writes to former customers at 30, 60 and 90 days, starting from why they left, with a link that brings them back in one click.
HOW IT WORKS
Four steps, all automatic.
- 01
A customer cancels
NoChurn keeps the reason they gave in the cancel flow, their plan, and how long they stayed.
- 02
The timing is set
Day 30, 60 and 90 after they leave, by default. You can change the days or stop after one email.
- 03
The email starts from the reason
Left for a missing feature? The email says what shipped since. Too expensive? It can carry the offer you set up. Written by AI in your tone, checked before sending.
- 04
One click to come back
The link opens a checkout already filled in, with the offer if there is one. The customer is counted as won back in the dashboard.
WHAT YOU CONTROL
Your rules, your tone, your call.
Days and number of emails
Three by default, at 30, 60 and 90 days. Change it per reason.
What’s new
Tell NoChurn what you shipped, and it will mention it to the people who asked for it.
Offers
A discount or a free month, only for the reasons you choose. Or none at all.
Replies to your team
Replies land in your team’s inbox, so a real person can answer.
Preview and review
See each email before it goes live, and ask for approval if you want a person to check.
By segment
Different emails for annual and monthly plans, or any attribute you send.
BUILT IN
Rules you don’t have to think about.
UNSUBSCRIBE
Unsubscribes are respected
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once used, NoChurn stops writing.
HONEST
No promise you didn’t make
An email mentions a feature or an offer only if you set it up.
TEST MODE
Nothing leaves in test mode
With a test key, emails are written and shown in the dashboard, never sent.
INTEGRATIONS
Works with your stack.

Questions people ask.
Isn’t emailing former customers spam?
They were your customers, the emails are few and spaced out, each one has an unsubscribe link, and NoChurn stops as soon as it is used. Check the rules that apply in your countries.
What if the customer never gave a reason?
NoChurn writes a general email from their plan and history. Reasons from the cancel flow make the emails much more specific.
Can I add an offer?
Yes, per reason. The link back opens a checkout with the offer already applied.
Does it work for app store subscriptions?
If your app sends NoChurn the customer’s email, yes. Apple and Google don’t share it, so NoChurn can only write to people you identified.
