HOW IT WORKS

Connected in three steps

Create a Google Cloud service account with access to your Play Console and add it in NoChurn with your package name.

Point your real-time developer notifications (Pub/Sub topic) to NoChurn.

In your app, set an obfuscated account ID at purchase and send it to NoChurn with your user ID, so each subscription is matched to a customer.

WHAT NOCHURN DOES

Google does not share the customer’s email. Without the obfuscated account ID, NoChurn cannot match a subscription to a customer.
