A discount, a pause, a smaller plan, or a call with your team, picked for that reason and that customer. Or no offer at all.

Accepting applies the offer in your billing right away. Cancelling is executed, at any step, every time. Both land in the dashboard with the reason.

Questions people ask.
Is this legal under click-to-cancel rules?
The flow is built for it: the cancel button is on every step, an asked-for cancellation is always executed, and custom CSS cannot hide the button. Check the rules that apply to your business with your own counsel.
How long does it take to set up?
One script tag and one line of JavaScript for the hosted modal, or a React component. Most teams start with the default reasons and change them later.
Can I use my own design?
Yes, three ways: the visual editor, a theme passed in code, or your own CSS. Or skip our screens entirely and use the API.
Does it work in a mobile app?
Yes, with the headless API. On the App Store and Google Play the final cancel button stays with Apple and Google, so NoChurn can show the reasons and offers before sending the user there.
