How to connect HubSpot to NoChurn: what to paste, what NoChurn does in HubSpot and what it reads.
Connect
In NoChurn, open Integrations and connect HubSpot: you approve read-only access on HubSpot (the API returns the URL with POST /v1/integrations/hubspot/authorize). NoChurn matches conversations to customers by email; a doubtful match is suggested, never merged on its own. If the access expires, a “Reconnect” task appears on your NoChurn home.
What NoChurn reads
- Tickets and conversations: dates, status, tags and number of messages
- Satisfaction ratings, when you collect them
- Message text only when needed (dispute evidence, feedback), treated as customer content
What stays with HubSpot: answering customers, in hubspot; your workflows, macros and inboxes; contacts and their history. More on the HubSpot integration page.
