How to connect App Store to NoChurn: what to paste, what NoChurn does in App Store and what it reads.
Connect
In NoChurn, test mode first, open Integrations, pick App Store and paste the fields below (or send them to POST /v1/billing_connections with provider: "app_store"). Use the provider’s test or sandbox credentials in test mode. Secrets are stored encrypted and never returned by the API.

Apple shares no email: customers are linked only when your app sets an appAccountToken at purchase and sends it to NoChurn (as the external_id, or the app_account_token attribute of the customer). Without it, events stay unlinked. Paste webhook_url as the App Store Server Notifications V2 URL (sandbox URL in Test mode).
What NoChurn does

Fixed by App Store, not by a setting: retries, card update, disputes. The rest can be changed per connection with PATCH /v1/billing_connections/{id}.
What NoChurn reads
- Subscription status, renewals and expirations
- Billing problems and grace periods
- Auto-renew turned off (a sign the customer plans to leave)
- Refunds and refund requests
