How to connect Crisp to NoChurn: what to paste, what NoChurn does in Crisp and what it reads.
Connect
In NoChurn, open Integrations, pick Crisp and paste the fields below (or POST /v1/integrations with kind: "crisp"). Access is read only and the credentials are never returned by the API.

What NoChurn reads
- Conversations: dates, status, tags and number of messages
- Satisfaction ratings, when you collect them
