Connect
In NoChurn, open Integrations, pick Gorgias and paste the fields below (or POST /v1/integrations with kind: "gorgias"). Access is read only and the credentials are never returned by the API.

What NoChurn reads
- Tickets: dates, status, tags and number of messages

- Message text only when needed (dispute evidence, feedback), treated as customer content
