Raaft is a no-code tool for building cancellation flows in SaaS products. You design a flow, show it when a customer clicks cancel, and offer a coupon, a pause, a plan switch, a custom link or a callback before they leave. NoChurn has a cancel flow too, but it also recovers failed payments, sends win-back emails, scores churn risk and helps with chargebacks, for one flat price based on your MRR.
This page reflects Raaft’s public pricing page and help center as of November 2026. Check the sources at the bottom for anything that may have changed.

Where Raaft is a good fit
- You only need a cancel flow. If failed payments are already handled elsewhere and you want a simple, visual flow builder, Raaft does that one job without extra moving parts.
- You have few cancellations a month. The free plan covers up to 20 sessions per month, which can be enough for an early product.
- You want someone to build the flow for you. Raaft’s Enterprise plan lists done-for-you flows and a dedicated account manager.
- You want to test flows without touching real data. Raaft has a demo mode where outcomes are not recorded.
Where NoChurn is different
Price follows your size, not your traffic. Raaft’s price depends on how many sessions you use. NoChurn is free until $300 MRR, then from $9/month, in small steps up to $399/month at $500k MRR, with custom pricing above. A busy cancellation month does not change your bill. See pricing.
Every feature on every plan. Cancel flows, failed payment recovery, win-back, churn score, custom data, chargebacks and the API are all on the free plan.
Never a cut of recovered revenue. We do not charge a percentage of what we save or recover.
Failed payments in the same tool. On Stripe, NoChurn times retries to the decline reason and to likely paydays. It sends AI-written recovery emails you can review and a link to a hosted card update page. On other billing tools, NoChurn adds the emails and card update link next to the provider’s own dunning. See failed payments.
Win-back after the cancel. Customers who leave get emails at 30, 60 and 90 days, chosen from the reason they gave in the cancel flow. See win-back.
Click-to-cancel built in. A one-click “cancel now” stays visible on every step. Offers are shown, never forced.
Headless and MCP. Use the hosted modal, or fetch reasons and offers from the API and render them in your own web, desktop, iOS or Android UI. A coding agent can wire it up through our MCP server. See headless and MCP.
Churn score and chargebacks. Every customer gets a 0 to 100 score at signup and on every change. Disputes on Stripe and Braintree get evidence gathered automatically and a reply drafted by AI, sent only after a person on your team reviews it.
NoChurn is new and has no customer results to show yet. Weigh that against a tool that has been running in production for longer.
Switching from Raaft
- Connect your billing. Stripe takes a few minutes with the quickstart; other billing tools connect directly or through the API.
- Copy your reasons and offers. List each Raaft flow, its reasons and the offer tied to each, then recreate them in NoChurn. Make sure the coupons you use exist in your billing system.
- Decide who executes the cancel. If Raaft was emailing your support team instead of cancelling, decide whether NoChurn cancels in your billing system or sends you a webhook.
- Run both on separate groups for a while, then compare saves and complaints for the same weeks and keep one.
How NoChurn helps
NoChurn runs an honest, reason-based cancel flow with click-to-cancel, recovers failed payments and wins back churned customers at 30, 60 and 90 days, all for one flat price by MRR. See the cancel flow, pricing or the quickstart.
