Chargeflow is a chargeback specialist. It automates dispute responses, offers pre-dispute alerts and fraud prevention, and much of its product is built for online stores. NoChurn is something different: a retention tool for subscription businesses, where chargebacks are one feature next to failed payment recovery, cancel flows, win-back and churn scoring.
If disputes are your main problem, read this page as a guide to which kind of tool you need, not only which brand. It reflects Chargeflow’s public pages as of November 2026; check the sources at the bottom for anything that may have changed.

Where Chargeflow is a better fit
- You sell physical or one-off goods online. Chargeflow covers Shopify Payments and PayPal and has a dedicated ecommerce offer. NoChurn is built around subscriptions and has no Shopify or PayPal dispute handling.
- You want pre-dispute alerts. Chargeflow resells Ethoca and Verifi RDR alerts, which can stop a dispute before it becomes a chargeback. NoChurn has no alert network.
- You want no work on your side. Chargeflow automates the response end to end. NoChurn always asks a person to review the drafted reply before it goes to Stripe or Braintree.
- You want a guarantee. Chargeflow advertises an ROI guarantee on Automation. NoChurn offers none.
- Disputes are rare and you only want to pay when you win. With a success fee, a month with no wins costs nothing on Chargeflow Automation.
Where NoChurn is different
One tool for the whole subscription lifecycle. Many chargebacks on subscriptions start as a customer who could not find how to cancel, forgot a renewal, or had a card fail. NoChurn handles those moments directly: failed payments, a cancel flow with one-click cancel always visible, and win-back.
Evidence from what already happened. When a dispute opens, NoChurn gathers what it already knows: the customer’s cancel flow answers, the emails they were sent, their usage and their support conversations. The AI drafts the reply, and nothing is sent until someone on your team approves it. See chargebacks.
Flat price, never a percentage. Free until $300 MRR, then from $9/month, in small steps up to $399/month at $500k MRR, custom above. Winning a large dispute does not change your bill. See pricing.
Every feature on every plan. Chargebacks, recovery, cancel flows, win-back, churn score and the API are on the free plan too.
NoChurn is new and has no customer results to show. Chargeflow is an established specialist. Weigh that honestly.
Using both, or switching
Many teams do not need to choose. If you rely on Chargeflow alerts or its ecommerce coverage, you can keep it for disputes and use NoChurn for recovery, cancel flows and win-back. If you do that, turn off chargeback drafting in NoChurn so a dispute is never answered twice.
If you are a Stripe or Braintree subscription business and want to move disputes to NoChurn:
- Connect Stripe or Braintree with the quickstart.
- Set up the cancel flow and emails first. They create the evidence a dispute reply needs later.
- Decide who reviews replies. Every drafted reply waits for a person on your team.
- Move disputes over on a fixed date. Let disputes opened before that date finish in Chargeflow, so no dispute has two responders.
- Check any alert enrolment. If you were enrolled in alerts through Chargeflow, ask them how ending the service affects it.
FAQ

Does NoChurn guarantee a win rate or ROI?
No. NoChurn drafts replies with the evidence it has and a person on your team decides whether to send them.
Does NoChurn take a share of won disputes?
No. The price depends only on your MRR band.
How NoChurn helps
NoChurn keeps subscription customers from leaving for the wrong reasons: it recovers failed payments, runs an honest cancel flow, wins back churned customers and, when a dispute does open on Stripe or Braintree, drafts a reply from evidence it already has for you to review. One flat price by MRR, every feature included. See chargebacks and pricing.
