Gravy, run by Gravy Solutions at gravysolutions.io, is a failed payment recovery service rather than a software tool. Its retention specialists contact your customers whose payments failed, in your brand’s name, and work to bring the payment back. NoChurn is self-serve software: smart retries, AI-written emails, a hosted card update page, cancel flows and win-back, for a published price by MRR.
These are different kinds of products. This page compares them as of November 2026, based on Gravy’s public pages.

Where Gravy is a good fit
- You want people, not software. If you would rather a team talk to your customers for you, a done-for-you service is the better fit. NoChurn does not call or personally message your customers.
- Your customers respond to a human. Courses, coaching and membership businesses with high-ticket plans may prefer person-to-person outreach.
- You sell through Keap, Ontraport, SamCart or Teachable. Gravy lists these; NoChurn does not have native connectors for them and you would use our REST API.
- You want a free audit before deciding. Gravy starts with an audit of your live failed payment data.
Where NoChurn is different
A published price. NoChurn is free until $300 MRR, then from $9/month, in small steps up to $399/month at $500k MRR, with custom pricing above. Never a share of recovered revenue. See pricing.
Software you control. You see every retry, every email and every customer in your own dashboard, and you can review AI-written emails before they go out. Nobody outside your team needs access to your CRM.
Before and after the failure. On Stripe, retries are timed to the decline reason and to likely paydays. Customers get a link to a hosted card update page, and card data stays with your payment provider. On other billing tools, NoChurn adds emails and the card update link next to the provider’s own dunning. See failed payments.
Cancel flow and win-back. A click-to-cancel flow with fair offers, and win-back emails at 30, 60 and 90 days by cancel reason. See cancel flows.
Churn score and chargebacks. Every customer gets a 0 to 100 score at signup and on every change. On Stripe and Braintree, chargeback evidence is gathered automatically and replies are sent only after human review.
NoChurn is new and has no customer results yet. Gravy has run its service for years.
Switching from Gravy
- Check your agreement with Gravy for notice terms.
- Connect your billing with the quickstart.
- Tell customers what changes. If Gravy’s specialists were in touch with some customers, let open conversations finish before NoChurn emails them.
- Compare the same weeks of recovered payments, then keep one approach.
